- Amazing product to support - Generous stock options and salary (significantly higher salary than other TAM SAAS Roles in EMEA) - Unlimited PTO - Low ego culture and nice people - Fast growing team in EMEA

Cons

Like all SaaS there is an expectation you always give 100%, no passengers A lot of people based on in PST (including leadership) means sometime calls go into evening time in EMEA
