As Hiilite is growing, all their employees grow with them. There are some growing pains but there's a lot of opportunities to give feedback. I learned an indescribable amount from my employment. You need to have an excellent work ethic, time management, and assertion to be successful. I didn't know this when I started but you have to be outspoken if you are struggling - do not struggle in silence. Especially as the team is working remotely. If you know what you need to feel supported, always ask for it.
Cons
Projected working time is really difficult to manage as many clients go over budget.
