      The company really cares about employees and our seniors. From Caregivers to administrative staff, the culture is all about our seniors and creating a meaningful work experience.

      Cons

      Nothing as of yet. We are growing. Sometimes we need to develop more process and structure.

      The leadership team and local team are all aligned to benefit the clients and the caregivers. So unique compared to others.

      Cons

      Home care and healthcare is challenging and not for everyone. We have wonderful clients who pass away and it can be heartbreaking since we build such deep and lasting relationships.
