      Pros

      Being fully remote I am empowered to do what I think needs to be done in order to benefit the company and it's employees. Being a relatively new company means we can grow and shape it into where it needs to be I.T. wise. Personally being remote based means we have flexible start times, anywhere between 08:30 and 10am, as long as a full day is worked. There is also a good bonus scheme where as long as you hit 100% of your quarterly targets you receive a full bonus. Ultimately it has a great work/life balance

      Cons

      There are no real downsides, except maybe the time difference. With me being UK based and the rest divided into Florida (US) and some workers in the Philippines. But this isn't a reflection on the company, and just is what it is.

      From Day 1 I knew I made the right choice to join Jarvis. I've been positively encouraged to share my ideas, in a very forward-thinking and collaborative environment. Jarvis are disrupting the industry by challenging the ways things are done, through first class people development and the use of the latest technologies. Jarvis welcome, recognise and encourage people from all backgrounds to join them and with an inclusive and diverse Leadership Team, they are changing the way Recruitment is done.

      Terrible experience. Low commission with low pay Toxic work environment Snakey work environment Get a different sales job as this was an awful experience working here post grad A lot of these positive reviews are fake and they work to remove negative ones
