      Pros

      - Incredibly flexible hours. Ideal if you have other work/studies/family commitments - Friendly management who were willing to listen to suggestions re: how to improve systems - Great communication between Remote Team members - Nice variety of tasks to work on

      Cons

      - Would have been nice to have more than one Remote Team meetup day per year in order to feel more connected to the business' overall development plan - Low pay

      Pros

      Extremely flexible working, there is always someone available to answer any questions and everyone is really patient and supportive.

      Cons

      It would be good to meet up with the rest of the remote team more often in person, although there is a really great annual team get together.
