The work pace isn’t as intense as in most consulting firms. You won't be working outside of regular hours (or only rarely), and definitely not on weekends, unless you choose to take on paid overtime. Colleagues are fun and supportive. Collaboration is strong.

Cons

The benefits are okay but not as generous as those in most startups.

Management, sales and engineer are all professionals. Almost everyone are ambitious. Many of them provide help needed. The company provide boarding help I never experieced.
