      Good reputation, good connections, can be experience if your office head is able to bring in business

      Cons

      Each office is siloed and very male dominated in terms of leaders. they don't do enough cross border sales

      Pros

      - Great exposure to various field of hotel real estate consultancy. Mainly active across EMEA, whereby the assignments were feasibility, valuation, asset management to strategic advice.

      Cons

      The only negative point might be the lower competitive salary, less training and development, also the career opportunities are rather small, compared to the competition.

      Large company but all independendt firms

      Pros

      I work in a smaller firm of only a handful of employees, so it is a personal environment, usually with flexibility. Its more friendly.

      Cons

      Due to it being a small company, with no real vision, there is no structure, no salary ladders, no path to follow. You have to hope for someone in the office to be a valuable mentor to you, otherwise, you will have a slow painful and uncertain road ahead of you. There are no templates, nothing to help any new employee to get start up. Also, vritually no benefits due to being such a small firm (even though its part of a large company of 60+ offices worldwide).
