      Terrible Company lead by egotistical people headed for forclosure

      Pros

      Relaxed work environment, a bit of freedom.

      Cons

      Lowest pay of any tech related job. Management is non existent. Owners don't care about the company only their own sub ventures. Office is a complete ghetto. No new furniture ever. Owners are cheap and rarely buy new servers and keep legacy servers running until they die. Very unethical operations. You do NOT get what you pay for.

      - Compensation far from competitive - Upper management unconcerned with employee futures - Few employees concerned with company's success

      Pros

      Cool work atmosphere, very laid back. A chance to learn a lot of different things. If you're willing to work, they're willing to let you learn

      Cons

      It's not for everyone. If you don't fit into the laid back company culture you will probably not like working there.
