-Only emphasis is on churning out content. It is obvious the producers are overwhelmed (and extremely underpaid) with the quotas each month
-Most videos don't get very many views, site doesn't get that many page views, and publishers that Howcast is on also don't generate many views.
-No career growth; the job listing was extremely different than the responsibilities I actually had. It was demeaning.
-Talked to some people who have been there for over 2 years and not once had they been given a bonus or raise. They did get a job promotion title, but that's meaningless at a company with such few people.
-Most projects don't materialize, and it's always blamed on budget. it's also clear from early on that projects will be abandoned but no one is comfortable saying anything
-For such a small company, it's amazing how little transparency there is.
