      Pros

      Flexible working, good team spirit, challenging projects, good renumeration and strong local line management and opportunities for personal development across different areas.

      Cons

      Working for a satellite office presents challenges around communication. Job security was always a consideration due to low share price suggesting a take over was going to happen at somepoint.

      If you work hard and take new challenges there is no doubt you can grow at Hubwoo into roles you could not have in larger firms. They are open to letting people develop. Global opportunities.

      Cons

      Global environment for such a small company means there is always cross-lingual and cross-cultural work. Often this means the ball get's dropped... a lot.
