      Pros

      Average PTO plan, ok health benefits, and a lot of "happy hours".

      Cons

      Communication between management and lower tier employees is abysmal. The HR department only cares what the two CEOs want. They do not have the employees interests mind and make that known. Almost no chance of movement in the company unless you buddy-buddy with the CEOs. All the upper management were given their positions because they are friends with the two CEOs and are not qualified for their positions. It's a very male dominated company. I've heard from many past women that have worked at Huckberry that they were usually talked over and not given the same opportunities as their male counterparts.

      Cool company, but preferential treatment for those who were there in the early days

      very friendly and fun work environment, with genuinely cool people

      Cons

      Pay is low, equity is only given to a preferential few, and there are several senior managers/executives who are terrible at their jobs but are still employed and rewarded simply because they were there in the early days.

      Pros

      Some genuine coworkers, most seem to get along inside and outside the office.

      Cons

      Really high expectations, long hours, little pay. No thanks. There’s a few leaders on the product side that should be let go - they’ve been grandfathered into leadership roles because of their time with the company and they don’t give clarity to the team, don’t act like leaders and keep raising the bar for expectations without giving the teams time and resources to achieve the tasks. You’re set up to fail.
