Lots of talents and potential, too little management care or plans
Pros
1) The environment set by the other employees makes it easy 2) If and only if you work in software or the company's main source of revenue position will you get courses 3) Some seniors are really good 4) Good for a max of 3 years of work 5)
Cons
1) Management doesn't care if you made a breakthrough in what you do or you cured cancer, if you did it within the workhours you don't get a bonus, even if it was a task given by the seniors. 2) The company lacks the care for its employees and if you have a concern or a problem, well too bad 3) If you have a great idea, it will probably be shoved in the bin (but very nicely) and you will be convinced (also very nicely) that your idea is a very bad idea 4) No benefits, no gym subscription, no transportation, no bonuses 5) VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE 6) Low to Moderate salary 7) No work from home, or flexible hours like other software houses 8)Your senior may not know half of what you are doing (in terms of experience) and hence no guidance ( that was an example in our company seen by a team but not directly connected to me tbh).
