      Pros

      This is by far the best company I've worked for: - Everyone is smart and very helpful. - You can always speak your mind, and you are constantly reminded to do so and praised when you do, even if to criticize something. - Fully remote work, genereous and flexible budget for your home office as well as budget for coworking space. - You are challenged and you learn a lot. - Colleagues are good fun to hang out with.

      Cons

      Still a new company with a product that needs maturing and more wide adoption - but getting there soon!

      Pros

      The culture of the company is a real breath of fresh air from usual corporate micromanagement or "visionary" startup mumbo jumbo. It is honest, genuine, and efficient. The company has within it a really huge amount of knowledge. The recruitment process is clearly a bit tough, and it shows the results as people really really know their stuff. Companies throw the word best in class around a lot but it really feels like that, and there is an awesome amount of learning from colleauges and leadership,

      Cons

      The company hasn't firmly established a lot of internal processes yet. That is more an early stage startup issue than a Humanitec issue but at present a lot of things are still being build. However, that does mean it's not rigid at all
