The clinical trials office is insane. Turnover is very high but even when I was on a full staffed team there was too much work for our team to handle which quickly leads to burn out. Training was also done poorly, be ready to be thrown in before properly understanding the job responsibilities.

Because of the high turn over rate it, the clinical trials office seems to be short staffed most of the time.
