If you leave this comment because you were found lying to your colleagues, ignoring your client's messages, and being unprofessional, then feel unhappy with the fact that the team is aware and not satisfied with your working attitude and your performance since you joined in. This may not be a very appropriate way.
As it is a flat environment in the UK office, you are free to provide your feedback directly or talk to anyone you think you should talk to. We would like to listen and see how we can improve. Thank you.
