There is no recognition for good work. Those who do less get further. If you are part of the inner circle, you will do well. If not part of that group, you will never grow at the company.

Upper management refuses to allow workers to work from home in the midst of a pandemic. Remote work is very possible for most office employees, yet they shot down the idea. Instead they are now separating the building into different sections in case one section happens to get a positive case, so that all the other sections may still be allowed to come in to the office.
