- this new location based pay is really a cause for underpaying with a lot of disparity in our team (pay for skill and experience, not location. There's a huge difference in pay for the same position within my team) - not so much on the technical side but the business side is very politic, its a worry that it might come to the rest of the company - I feel that a lot of the work we do is "expected" without appreciation but tiny details get put under a microscope by management - No idea what we're doing next month, the strategy from the business leadership seems to change often meaning the product and work changes very suddenly
