      Pros

      Besides the fact that the management does not keep promises and underestimates its employees, it is a company that is about to close, they are unable to recruit funds, the product does not work and customers are leaving. Boring people and terrible atmosphere. Not paying enough!

      Pros

      Hyro is a market leader in health AI conversations. It's amazing to see the depth of experience and knowledge as a start up. The relationships, talent and engineering prowess is impressive. I've joined Hyro last month and am already so impressed with what I've encountered, from the teamwork to delivery client results, to brainstorming more ideas on how we can help healthcare workforce. The people are amazing, the office is nice and the work we do and the clients we serve are why I love Hyro.

      Cons

      As with any start-up, there's always a lot of work to be done. That's the only con I would say. Joining start ups, you expect to wear many hats and do what ever it takes to win as a team.

      Pros

      - Nice office near Penn station - Feels like a family type of culture, everyone cares and is nice. - Good benefits, flexible PTO - Allow you to have ownership in your work, and high trust from executives of the IC's.

      Cons

      - Frequent hebrew spoken at work, making it hard to have a unified culture - Time gaps between the Israel and NYC offices make it hard to get clients' answers when things are needed from engineering and product. - Disorganization and limited resources associated with hypergrowth.
