Cons
Internal conflict, massive layoff in the midst of a hiring spree. Zero notice period, half the company fired on the spot without any reason, given one month compensation and you're asked to resign yourself without an official statement (means you're not eligible for EIS). All of this happening while they're actively hiring new employees, right in front of your face. Working here wasn't exactly a pleasant experience either, company culture is chinese styled and politics heavy compared to other companies I've worked for. This becomes more apparent the moment you leave the company, because all that false friendliness disappears instantaneously. Technical documents and meetings use Chinese language if that's a concern for you.
