      Pros

      They have an excellent 401k match program. Some of the coworkers are sincere. If you are employed for 12 months or longer you qualify for a profit sharing bonus.

      Cons

      The President is constantly changing policies. You never know what to expect. The majority of the long time staff have left the company.

      Pros

      When I began with the company 3 years ago, there were clear expectations, direct leadership and high morale. That all went away when the company restructured and brought in the new CEO, HR Manager and crew.

      Cons

      The "new" employees that were brought in and the "old" ones that were allowed to stay and advance all looked very homogenized. There are almost no minorities or diversity within the company and there are ZERO minorities within the managerial ranks. It was very apparent when the company restructured that they had a predetermined agenda for those that they hired and put into leadership positions within the company. I enjoyed my time with the company but it was apparent that there was a glass ceiling that existedfor me that did not exist for others that did not LOOK like me.
