      Good benefits, good 401K match, good PTO quantity.

      Cons

      Management is an absolute mess. No real direction. Company is growing, but the company isn't taking care of the import aspects of the company during the growth i.e. HR, accounting, career development for employees. They're more interested in hiring bodies to locate to customer sites for the new business they've won.
