Completely untrustworthy, with no business etiquette. I was offered a position as a QA Auditor and after I turned down another prospective employer. The owner called me and to change the terms of the offer after the fact. Job went from a full time auditiors salaried position for $65K a year to a 1099 hourly position with no benfits. Was called twice after the initial offer trying to neogotiate each time. Also, this was to be a work from home position and when I asked when I would be recvieving my work from home equiptment there was dead silence........What professional work from home company in the Insurance/IA business expects you to use your own equiptment. DON"T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

New owner started immediately shipping jobs off overseas. Expected more and more responsibilities from people, and would get irritated when asked about a raise or title change. Terrible communication, toxic behavior and just plain out of touch with the team he was given.
