I worked at ICG Medical full-time

    Pros

It is a good company to work for I had to leave because I want to focus more on my modules which are almost due for submission.

    Cons

I could not cope with their scores as I wanted to balance education and work and travelling to and from London was taking its tow. I found it very stressful.

I worked at ICG Medical full-time

    Pros

    Located near to Waterloo station

    Cons

A poorly run organisation with no opportunity for growth. Most of the workforce are inexperienced. If ypur face doesn't fit (there are a few at the core that will never change) you're wasting your time. The company will not expand, therefore limiting your development or learning. There are lots of other recruitment businesses around. Seek those out.

I worked at ICG Medical full-time

    Pros

It used to be a nice place to work

    Cons

No direction from the CEO. He is very impulsive and it has driven the company into the ground. He does not listen to his employees and this has resulted in the company haemorrhaging money and having to make redundancies. The way the redundancies were handles was atrocious and i have lost all respect for this company

I have been working at ICG Medical full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The pay, like others have said, is good.

    Cons

Before I start this cons list, I want to say to people, please do not be fooled by loads of the positive reviews. Staff are pressured into providing positive reviews for glass door (emails have been sent out), with the one negative review which has been posted before mine have caused a lot of 'noise' in the office. Things like best places to work survey? We were bought breakfast and forced to complete the survey all at the same time (dictatorship?), with people watching over our shoulders whilst we did.... There is favouritism here in this company, and if you want an easy life, its openly known to get on the good side of management (one person in particular)...These people get away with free time off, time away from office, extended lunch breaks...If you are on the other side, be prepared for your life to be hell. There is a ruthless culture of people l;leaving, with 2/3/4/5 people being fired at a time. New starters join and have on the same day also left for lunch and never come back! 'Co-workers' regularly stab you in the back, and its a dog eat dog. I do not trust anyone I work with.
