Everything including all the people at high position. If you wanna die every second or want to go in depression join this company as it takes months to come out trauma after working at ICT health. People will shout at you, You are not allowed to take break, if you are taking 10 mins of break people are there to keep an eye on you. They will make you to work on Saturday and Sunday also. If in worst you will not complete your task on time, they will cut your salary which I have never seen in any company even not in start up. They will not allow you to take leaves. You are not allowed to talk inside office. At one place more than 2 people can't stand otherwise someone will come and tell you don't stand. One person office boy is there to note down how many times you getting up from your seat and he will send report to head. No Pantry, morning evening you will get tea on desk but you can't get up from your seat. And every time when you will go out they will not it down and then, they will send weekly report. For lunch if you are taking more than 45mins then you have sign a paper with proper reason. There is no leave. If you want to experience hell then please you can join ICT Health. There is a person, he will torture you like hell, he will make you feel like you are useless and you have rights to be alive. They don't have to money to pay salary not even to pay AWS/server payment.
