      Laboratory Analyst Positions

      Pros

      Great pay and awesome experience.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, management is terrible. Inexperienced laboratory director allowed for her other analysts to train me on different shifts instead of training me herself. She was not happy with the results of their training but consistently blamed me for the lack-luster performance.

      Its good for job experience

      Cons

      Many people will tell you to do something one way and then your boss will tell you to do it another way. People get frustrated with the amount of work. Techs are treated like peasants. I am the most experienced person on my shift and they still won't make me a supervisor (and yes I do a lot of work there) Desperation for help leads to questionable hires.
