      Just need to get it together

      Pros

      Some of the people are hardworking and lovely. The expansion is going well.

      Cons

      Too many newbies in one go so training isn’t properly provided. Management can be rude and gossip a lot about other staff. Expected to work long hours for little to no reward. People working 6 or 7 days a week. Pay isn’t good for the amount of work and stress. HR/Finance team are awful.

      - Some really quality, hard working people working in the company.

      Cons

      - Do not pay fairly or equally. People in the same team with the same job title and description all get paid different amounts regardless of experience and qualifications - Favouritism is a serious issue across the company which leads to gossiping and unfairness. - Poor management. Huge blame culture and openly announcing mistakes in front of whole team.
