      Extremely poor documentation, extremely poor communication from management, my team lead refused to provide any training on anything.

      IMAT Solutions is a smaller company but they offer great benefits and it is a very supportive work environment. Good pay and great flexibility.

      Smaller teams make work prioritization difficult at times.
