      Pros

      There are some really amazing people at the company...unfortunately, none of them are in management.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. They like to assign large projects for fun. They allow new people to do all of the heavy lifting by themselves in the name of "training." One of the most toxic and petty working environments I have ever been in.

      Pros

      Awesome work environment, very casual and friendly. Have been very lenient about working hours in the past.

      Cons

      High expectations with little assistance. "We'll figure it out" mindset. Tasks people with daunting challenges while leadership struggles to manage their own commitments. Biggest thing for me, no room for growth on the manufacturing team.
