Had to work with unpleasant people

mediocre salary; you are "promoted" to a "lead" position but you are not leading anything actually, you are just a proxy from the manager to the other employees from your team ( 1-2 people). You have to work on the same type of tasks as a junior; very old technology stack (15 years) and no vision on the main company's product (MAXIMS) upgrade; No plan for fully automation testing on the enterprise application, most of testing is manual; Around 1 year after hire you will no longer progress into learning anything new: you are only required to learn the business flows which are not optimised and redundant and are proof of a problematic enterprise architecture of the system; insignificant pay raises for Romania (around 100 euro after around 2 years); when you try to negotiate for a change (salary or to advance hierarchically) you are told that are people more experienced and have a longer service in company, so you are not a good fit and you should know your place; Your chance to be promoted revolves around the event of an employee leaving by resignation or retirement; In terms of seniority and experience skills-set some employees are more senior than professionals.
