Pros

Not working here any more.

Cons

Working here is like being locked in a room with a soggy Weetabix and told to sculpt the Mona Lisa, you’ll end up beaten, bleary-eyed and obsessed with how much happiness you didn’t have.

Pros

The director is genuinely a nice guy. You can have a nice honest conversation with him and he will understand you. I felt that the company cares for your well being and understands life problems and are supportive.

Cons

Development Line Manager is too fixed on perfecting code for a product that’s not live yet. Head office in Germany wonders why development takes so long, but in reality PR’s are not being approved quickly enough because perfect code is more important. I would have thought launching the product, making the business money and then improving gradually would be better for a business, especially for a new product. No full sick pay until after 3 years of being employed. Up to 1 year 50%, 1-2 years 65%, 2-3 years 80%, greater than 3 years 100%. So if you have to be off sick then there is more than one thing to be feeling disappointed about.
