      No pros in this company.

      Cons

      1.career growth. 2.Every day overt time work nearly 10 to 11hrs. 3.Saturday and Sunday also you have to work. 4.Not a good management. 5.No fun place to work. KNIT junior don't joining this company. They will keep your certificates and play with you.

      I am working here from last one year as HR, as I am a part of Management I can say, I never found as such co-operative boss "Our Director Ma'am" in my currier before. I really like the work environment and the co-operative nature of our talented team. Overall, I am proud to be a part of management team of IPHS.

      Cons

      No downside as I can see, In fact it is right platform of all ITs to enhance their skills as well as grow up their currier.
