      Toxic work environment No work-life balance. Emails are still being sent over the weekends. Senior management does not practise what they preach Ambitious targets Micro management of employees Little or no career progression opportunities

      Nice colleagues friendly management. Not much politics.get to build a lot of industry contacts.

      Cons

      Extremely kpi driven. Some old school thinking. Although management encourage staff to speak freely they tend to justify themselves a lot and doesnt listen deep enough. Overly concern about their 'reputation'. Workload can get to you.
