      Where do I start... IPS is the strangest company I have ever worked for. There is absolutely no structure of professionalism in the office. The office is so incredibly quiet you could hear a pin drop! The commission structure is designed so that consultants lose money for their hard work and the company gains, there is also a huge time lag between the placement and receiving your commission. There are hundreds of recruitment agencies in London... Please don't join this one. I will be looking to leave ASAP!!

      Thanks for your review, however, I am surprised that you stayed here for so long if you were this dis-engaged! I don't think that recruitment can be your true calling. It doesn't sound like high level City recruitment is right for you. You should have spoken to me in private, I am keen to manage everyone's understanding of how our commission payments are paid. Thank you.

      A number of positive developments at IPS in 2017: - the IPS team has pulled together behind new Core Ideology - Improved engagement with both clients and candidates. - New management structure - Individuals with a negative attitude left the business - New hires to the business All in all, IPS is a positive and engaged environment, with a blend of individuals and characters pulling together better and focused on delivering for both clients and candidates.

      Cons

      We can still do better to deliver more for clients and candidates.
