- The team is pretty small (roughly 10 employees). Even with just a little effort on your part, you'll be the star of the organisation.
Cons
- The environment is quite unprofessional. The leadership, and to a great extent the team, are not qualified enough. This makes it not a great place to learn and work. If you're ambitious and want to learn only from the best in the business, this is not the place for you.
