Pros

Still some good people left. For the moment the RPA Practice is saving the rest of the business.

Cons

Totally US driven by a CEO with no understanding of the market we serve. Advisory Business is dead and Benchmarking has become unsustainable.

Pros

Pay and reimbursement was always on time. Annual review's were always on time and raised valid concerns and provided praise. The are annual reviews, so people complaining about one review a year maybe should step out into the real world, because that's what they area everywhere.... annual. Great place to start to see what type of environment you don't want to be in. The pay scale is what it is. They are on the low end for the industry, but not to the point where it's unacceptable. Make yourself stand out and they will pay you.... or at least they did when I worked for them.

Cons

This place went downhill, and fast. I've read the other reviews and the "Reardon favorite" comments are spot on. It 's a family owned and operated business and everyone who is/was in a management position was in said position because they were related to/dating/married to a Reardon family member. Management is essentially a bunch of kids or whomever is local that they can pay the least with minimal experience. They micro manage everything, much to the detriment or their own results. They hire people per diem for a reason, they can't keep a warm body for more than 30 days. Just see how often local ads go up for new investigators. They run through people like crazy, that says everything you need to know. Unless you live in the area or are a "Reardon favorite", forget about any type of upward mobility.

Pros

None. You think you'll make money doing 4 things at one location but they find ways to cut it down.

Cons

SIU work is paid on a flat rate basis. So if you take a job doing an interview and locus scene investigation, you get about a hundred bucks, THEN if there's more witnesses they expect you to drive where ever to collect those statements for $50 or less. Flat. No millage, gas. It's stupid.
