The notice period you need to give is short. The new office is quite nice.

Where to begin... This company has literally no idea of where it's heading or what it's trying to acheive. The leadership is fond of insincere homilies and unbothered by ideas of any kind, HR function is sociopathic, product managers must wonder why they get up each morning. Only take a job here if you desperately need the money, but keep looking for something else even when you start.
