      It's a really good company, it's management also listens to employees,project deadlines are kept practical,director sir never asks to overwork

      Pros

      Lots of markets, technologies and users of all types to support. You learn a lot, fast.

      Cons

      Too much work load for a small team. No career progression and compensation was below what should be expected. No clear definition of role (as part of the support team). Can be performing a password reset for someone on-prem while fixing a critical platform incident impacting 100s of users 🤯
