      Pros

      ITX is an extremely fast-growing company and a fantastic place to work! The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and has created a wonderful culture. There is an excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The Company has given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. It's inspiring to be exposed to the creative side of the working world! Not to mention the office space is hip and dog friendly!

      We appreciate the feedback and will, as a company, be unapologetic when it comes to fostering a positive work environment free of people who lack respect and common courtesy for one another. Most of us will spend about 90,000 hours working during our lifetime. Why spend that time at a place that doesn't value contribution and collaboration?
