Pros
Flexibility with respect to work practices, location appreciated. IT Force has moved to Clonskeagh in the past months following the Unity Technologies acquisition. The new offices are very nice, plenty of space and good facilities. Lots of parking available now which is a plus. Promote from within is always a good incentive to keep the head down

none, cannot think of any other than the new location may not suit everyone

The people I work with and the overall ethics of the company

The only downside, as am employee is that there is no parking available.
