      IT2 great until ownership change

      Pros

      Some very talented people and a well respected company A sharing environment and working together IT2 was a great product with a well planned strategy

      Cons

      Post the ownership change, the environment changed dramatically to secretive and less open both internally and to customers

      Pros

      Collaborative atmosphere, most people are more than willing to give their time and share their knowledge. The product is genuinely a market leader.

      Cons

      Increasingly high level of turnover which reduces the amount of spare times colleague have to share knowledge and assist. Almost no visibility on other products/teams. Constant promises of change, investment and culture shifts, without an obvious delivery. Teams have noticeable decreased in size, whilst workloads continue to increase.
