Pros
It is important to mention that Ixico provides good benefits and salaries to its employees taking in consideration the company size. I could constantly see efforts to improve the working environment / add new benefits which makes Ixico a better place to work for. Great holiday package!
Cons
Like in any other companies some processes can be improved. It is worth mentioning that Ixico is constantly working on process improvements!
