Lack of meaningful progression Bold faced lies and distortions of the truth towards customers Preaches change but just follows industry standard practices

flexible, easy going and friendly.
Cons
They are a family business and very often there's aggressive conflicts between the father and his son and daughter in front of the employees. Poor and messy management, work doesn't flow easily. Hypocritical culture with a lot of talking behind people's backs. Offices are very small with not enough space for staff to work comfortably.
