      Position is a wonderful stepping stone into the Walmart world if you wish to go down that career path. Great support from the on-site team leads.

      No career growth within icreatives. No bonuses. Benefits are ok.

      Exposure to more well know agencies. Experience working side by side within Walmart.

      Cons

      Severe lack of leadership. Lack of training. No room for advancement. More time is spent trying to figure out how to avoid work than actually just doing it.
