None at this point, it used to be good before the split Management is doling out money to people with sometime with the company to try to keep them. If you're one of those people, go and get some money.
Cons
They keep cutting costs, including cutting employees The smart employees have all left, only people who can't cut it are still there Everything is moving offshore, again cost cutting Promotion of unqualified people to senior leadership positions Leadership is rudderless with no strategy Leadership unable to prioritize any of the work
