Pros
Everyone is friendly and helpful here. The benefits are amazing. Ability to work from home or in the office if you live close enough. Customers are typically very friendly and above all, always love the service!
Cons
I feel like we could make better use of people by having them focus solely on the tasks that are their secondary currently if we hired just a few more to handle the day to day tasks for that department.

Good benefits. Good peers. Interesting work. Flexible workplace.
Cons
Growing company with exciting potential, but still tied to small company politics. If you rub the wrong person the wrong way, it's over. Lots of rookies in big roles. Leadership is more interested in their personal lives and hobbies than the company day to day.
