      Pros

      The office location is very convenient, a lot of smart people work there and there is a great company culture where everyone is willing to help and have fun. It feels good to come work at Identified.

      Cons

      The company could act more like a startup. Sales and Engineers don't communicate a lot, that could be improved.

      Pros

      The founders and the team they've assembled are terrific, extremely bright, driven and looking to make a difference in the world. Everyone has a say in how things are done and is trusted to know their business. Continual learning and growth is highly encouraged. The culture is really fun and people truly enjoy working together.

      Cons

      Like other startups, there is a fast paced environment. We don't have the same long term job security that people have at a big, slow moving company.
