      Main pro is basic average pay

      If you see any good reviews they are written by management/hr. Would never recommend idox to anyone. This is the worst company i have ever worked for! They seem so nice but beware it's just a front. There is a high staff turn over. Its very rare to find staff that have been there for a number of years. Lots of tick boxing style of management and less of a person centred approach. Goalposts moved constantly.

      Pros

      Nice short name doesn't take up too much room on your CV, which you will be revising very soon.

      Cons

      Toxic Arrogant Bullying Destroyed my mental health (am now on medication after working there) Nearly destroyed my career (didn't) Rewards sycophancy Punishes talent Defensive incompetent management A sick company. Unless the entire management cohort has been replaced since I was there, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. As time goes on, working at a decent place, the more I realise what a negative and destructive environment this company perpetuated. These reviews, unless a LOT has changed, are fake. The person who will now appear and say 'I am sorry your experience wasn't the same as all of these people' still working there' suggests it hasn't. AVOID for your own mental wellbeing.
