Pros
Great people who are all really committed to the solving problems but also helping each other out. People encouraged to form social interest groups (book club, film club, running, yoga) Communication has improved a lot from senior managers Senior management are keen to ask for peoples opinions on things and there are opportunities to suggest or ask questions. Products clearly solve problems for health and social care and its great to be part of that. If you want to be part of something managers are receptive and helpful. Good flexible working.
Cons
A lot of different products and markets hard to stay on top of everything sometimes but recent changes may help with this. Decison making can sometimes be slow which can be frustrating.

- Imosphere has many very intelligent employees that are passionate about what they do and many of them give their time to help you. I never found myself in a situation where I wasn't supported with the work I was doing. - Training budget and time given to help you up-skill. - Friendly office environment. - Employee onboarding improvements and regular 1 to 1s - Imosphere were trying different ways of improving communication within teams
Cons
- Office building is old but this isn't a huge factor - Workload is high for some staff and more slack for others
