I have worked multiple election cycles with InField Strategies over the last couple of years and would definitely say they are the best. They are true to their word and beyond accommodating to any and all employees!Among the pros I would also include; -Competitive pay -Bonuses for canvassers that exceed daily/weekly goals. -Paid travel, hotel stay,car rental (for employees of rental age)and expense reimbursement. -Open door policy with management.( management there to talk to if needed) -Opportunities for advancement. -And a commitment to quality work and being the best.

Cons

If you love people , travel and a great company culture; there are no cons to this job! Some days can be long, but in the end it is worth it.
