Lots of issues 1. No flexible time, just like going to school 2. No salary on time and salary also deduct without any reason 3. No management support and manager are not supportive 4. Hr policy is horrible and helpless 5. 3 months notice period 6. Less salary in market conditions 7. Extra pressures and Lots of politics 8. Old technology work and not new to learn

Not providing basic services like AC was closed before 6 pm, ladies wash rooms were not cleaned, late seating is there, office was not giving extra wages for late seating, attendance tracking system was not up to date, thumb impression was captured by system but it's not reflected into system, complaint are not entertained by management, Manager are not well versed with market trends, no new technology and development for new joining even induction was not conducted, only sugar coating people gets promotion, appraisal etc., Company is hiring new employee on 2 years bond basis, otherwise hire such employee those had gap in experience, also lot of politics was involved, official harrassment is there for new employee, Not single software is robust, HR management will not take any action without CEO permission
